The newsletter

If you sign up, your email address and the date you signed up are stored, and used only to write to you about Igor Iov's music. It is never sold or given to anyone.

You can ask to be removed at any time by writing to contact@igoriov.com, and it is deleted.

Pre-saves and links

The pre-save page (igoriov.com/wakeup) is run by Feature.fm; when you pre-save, Spotify or Apple Music share with Feature.fm what you agree to on their screen, under Feature.fm's privacy policy. Igor Iov sees counts and, if you allow it, your email.

Tips go through PayPal, under PayPal's privacy policy. This site never sees your payment details.

Ads and social media

Igor Iov runs ads on Instagram and Facebook through Meta, with a small tool of his own (app «IOV Clips») that creates the campaigns in his own ad account and reads their results. The tool itself collects no data about you: Meta shows the ads and reports totals (views, clicks, costs).

The pre-save link (Feature.fm) carries Meta's pixel, so Meta can count which ad led to a visit or a pre-save and show the ads to people likely to care. Feature.fm asks visitors in the EU for consent before it sets those cookies. When you come from an ad, the page passes Meta's click reference on to that link for the same purpose; it contains nothing else about you.

Posts are scheduled to Instagram, TikTok and YouTube through Buffer.

Cookies

This site (igoriov.com) sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The pre-save link on Feature.fm may, with your consent where the law asks for it (see above).

Your rights

You can ask what is stored about you, have it corrected or deleted, by writing to contact@igoriov.com. Swiss data protection law (nLPD) and, for people in the EU, the GDPR apply.
